Damien held a concert in Taipei last Saturday, 25 August at the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall (where R&J performed in April). Joy Esther and Cyril Niccolai were the guest performers.

Damien sang songs from his album and, together with Joy, also sang Aimer and the U2 song "One".

He and Cyril sang Les Rois du Monde, We Will Rock You and Les Temps des Cathedrales. Cyril also sang one of his compositions, I Don't Wanna Live.

But the biggest crowd pleaser was Damien and Cyril singing the Mandarin love ballad "月亮代表我的心" (The Moon Represents My Heart), which was popularised by the late Teresa Teng who is arguably the most famous Taiwanese singer.

French singer Damien Sargue, known for his performance as Romeo in the French musical "Romeo et Juliette," will hold a concert this Saturday based on the theme from the classic tale by William Shakespeare.
Sargue has been praised by European media as the twenty-first century's premier performer of the role of Romeo.
The Taipei concert, titled "Aimer," will also include appearances by Cyril Niccolai, known for his performance in "Notre-Dame de Paris," and Joy Esther, the leading actress in "Romeo et Juliette" during the musical's 2006 Asian tour.
Sargue launched his career in musicals when he was chosen to play Phoebus in "Notre-Dame de Paris."
Sargue's performance won the attention of Gerard Presgurvic, the composer for "Romeo et Juliette," who then invited him to join the cast of the musical as Romeo.
The French singer first launched to fame in his native country at the age of sixteen after winning a singing competition in Cannes.
Sargue's mother discovered her son's artistic talents at a young age, sending Sargue to a singing academy when he was only eight years old.
The singer said that at that time, he had no thoughts of performing as his future career, and that he had wanted to become a psychiatrist.
Sargue's music career includes the release of numerous singles, and he said he hopes the recordings will let the audience learn a side to him outside of his role as Romeo.
Songs which Sargue will be performing Saturday include "Quelque chose pour quelqu'un," "Merci," "Elle vient quand elle vient," "Le plein de peine," "On n'a pas le temps," "On ne grandit pas," "Etre juste," "Je me sens vivant," "On ne dit rien," "Il faudra laisser le temps au temps," "Au bois vole," "Aimer" (theme of Romeo et Juliette), and "Les Rois du monde (Romeo et Juliette)."
The New Aspect Cultural and Educational Foundation, the organizer of the concert, said that they are keeping secret whether or not Sargue will perform Chinese songs.
The concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall.

Ticket prices are 1,000, 1,300, 1,600, 2,000, 2,500, 3,000, 3,600, 4,200.

Аналогично. Моя психика на такие стрессы не рассчитана! Господи, и не надоест же человеку над собой издеваться! Или это у него уже обычай такой - отыграл в РиДж, срочно бежать стричься? :) :(
Я-то по наивности думала, что страшнее фото 2003-04 гг. к несостоявшемуся альбому не может быть уже ничего. Оказывается, предела нет...

Да уж... Извечное Достоевское "полюбите нас черненькими, а беленькими-то нас всякий полюбит". Ну уж нет - ТАКИМ я его любить не подписывалась!
Пересматриваю фото пяти-шестилетней давности и впадаю в глубокую меланхолию...
